World Book Day
On Thursday 7th March we all celebrated World Book Day. Children took part in a range of activities in class and had the opportunity to ‘swap a book’.
Our Year 1 children also visited The Lakes Residential Home to enjoy reading with some of the residents there. We hope that you enjoyed our bedtime stories and these can be viewed in the playlist on our Youtube channel. Below is a short video about where reading books can take you and inspire us all.
After School Clubs
Spring After School Clubs will finish in the week beginning 8th April. Letters for the Summer term After School Clubs will be distributed in the next few weeks, please keep a look out for these and booking your child’s places will be available online nearer to the new term.
Head Lice
We would like to remind parents that a copy of our ‘Head Lice Policy’ can be found on our website. We recommend that parents check their children’s hair regularly – ‘Once a week, take a peek’.
