Staffing
The start of the new academic year in September will see a number of staffing changes.
Parents will be aware about some of these changes from earlier newsletters but for your information the key moves are summarised below and on the next page.
Leadership
Miss Samantha Price will officially become the permanent Headteacher of St. John’s on September 1st.
Miss Price is of course a very experienced and successful headteacher in her own right and as a former Deputy Headteacher here is well versed in how our academy operates and the key principles we hold dear.
She will be supported in her role by Mrs Griffiths and Mrs Cotterill who have been recently been appointed to the position of Acting Assistant Headteacher.
The full Leadership team is completed by Amy Maiden, Georgina Heyes and Shelley Taylor. All these members of staff are not only excellent teachers but totally committed to St. John’s and will make a highly effective team.
