We would like to remind parents that there are no afterschool clubs running w/c Monday 16th December. Our Eagles facility will still be running as normal and bookings can be made in the usual way, places are limited so we would recommend that if you require a place that you make your booking as soon as possible.
Afterschool clubs will start w/c 13th January, letters will be distributed to all pupils who are interested in joining an afterschool club WC 16th December and the online booking facility will be open on Tuesday 17th December at 3.25pm.
Our afterschool clubs prove extremely popular, and therefore to ensure it is fair for all pupils, a number of clubs alternate between classes and pupils.
Parents are asked to also pay particular attention to the dates that the clubs are running as some clubs run until half term and some run for the full term, there are also a number of clubs which do not run when parents evening is on and this will again be stated on the letter.
A number of our clubs remain the same following our return after the Christmas break and therefore parents do not need to rebook for their child on the following clubs:

Lost Property
We know that on occasions children will mislay their belongings at school, and when these items are clearly named it is easy for them to be re-united with their owners.
This term we have accumulated a large amount of property, including jumpers, gloves, hats and items of PE kit, which are all un-named and so remain unclaimed. Parents obviously spend a lot of money on uniform, etc and it must be very frustrating when these items are lost. We would ask parents to please ensure that all items of clothing including hats, scarves, gloves and pumps are clearly marked with your child’s name, so that in the event of items being mislaid we can get them back to their owner.
On Thursday 19th December we are having our school Christmas dinner. Due to the additional preparation required, the cooks will not be providing toast at morning break on that day. KS2 pupils are welcome to bring a snack from home if they wish to.
