BINGO COMES TO MALENY
Bingo will commence at the Maleny Bowls Club this month. Details are as follows: Wednesday 18th September and every fortnight after that. Be ready to play by 9.30 am. Wednesday 25th September and every fortnight after that. Be ready to play by 7.00 pm. Light refreshments, raffle, licensed bar. Sponsored by the Maleny Credit Union, who have provided all the bingo paraphernalia and posters for distribution around town.
VISIT BY SUNSHINE COAST SOCIAL BOWLS CLUB
A total of 57 members of the Sunshine Coast Social Bowls Club visited Maleny Bowls Club on Sunday 25th August. They were joined by a number of Maleny members for a morning of bowls followed by lunch. Our visitors enjoyed their day and said they looked forward to a return visit.
ZONTA CLUB FUNCTION to help end violence against women and girls
The Zonta Club of Blackall Range Inc. is holding a function in Maleny this month to help to raise awareness and campaign to end violence against women and girls. A forum and morning tea will be held at the Community Centre, Maleny on Thursday 12th September 2013 from 9.30 am to 11.30 am.
