AUGUST CAKE STALL
The idea of running a cake stall to raise funds for the club was conceived by Helga Falcongeen. She organised members to prepare a range of cakes and then set up a stall outside IGA on a Saturday morning to sell them. It proved to be a successful venture and a total of $472 was raised for the club. Congratulations to Helga and all the members who helped.

Members who want to play only one game on a Tuesday morning and share the morning with another player are advised that a system has been set up to make it easier for you to do this. A sheet has been placed on the notice board for you to enter your name and phone number. When everyone who wants to do this has entered their contact details, it is then up to you to contact a fellow player. Don’t forget to put both names on ered the sheet for that day.
