CIA Announcements The Service Moves: Page 8 Congratulations to Jessica Gallegos for winning the “Name Me” newsletter contest. The winning name “The Service Moves” will be the name of the CIA newsletter for one year. Jessica also received a $25 Wal-Mart gift card for winning. Jessica serves as the In Service Community Student Coordinator at the Teen Action and Support Center (TASC) in Rogers, AR. Jessica is in her second year of serving as a CIA AmeriCorps Member. Grant Opportunities THE OFFICE OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND SCIENCE is offering grants to nonprofit and public agencies for programs to address unhealthy behaviors in at-risk minority youth and provide them opportunities to learn more positive lifestyles and enhance their capacity to make healthier life choices. Note that the last funding round for this program only allowed Institutions of Higher Education to apply; now all nonprofit and public agencies can. Deadline: 6/13/2014.
