The ADA seeks a highly motivated, self-starting energetic student who is
passionate about non-profit organization. Intern will directly support ADA
staff and gain valuable skills while assisting with communications/public
relations, event planning, corporate research and volunteer outreach. This
unpaid internship can provide school credit, portfolio building experience,
a flexible schedule and valuable experience in the non-profit sector.

AmeriCorps members at Pfeifer Camp will be involved in numerous service
opportunities. They will serve as mentors living in the cabins with a group
of campers and their counselor. They will also serve as tutors and teacher
aides in the classroom under the direction of the head classroom teacher.
Members will also visit past ACE graduates in their regular schools to
monitor progress and intervene, serving as advocates for the student
when problems arise.

a brand new, state of the art Children’s Center, and we are looking to
grow our team of early childhood professionals.
