Innovative and creative final projects presented at USIL, Peru
The third promotion from the Bachelor degree students in Culinary Arts and Restaurant
Management program presented their final projects at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola
(Lima, Peru). Concepts were focused on healthy and sustainable food as well as thematic
aphrodisiac food and Peruvian contemporary bistro.
