International pastry contest
As part of the Chef Paul Bocuse Week, an international pastry contest was
organized within the Worldwide Alliance. The competition gave students the
opportunity to compete with others, but above all to show their creativity and
talent. Students were asked to imagine, create, and bake an entremet which
paid tribute to Monsieur Paul who turns 90 last February.

11 Alliance members set up a pre-selection in their own campuses, and elected
the best team to represent their university for the online final. A huge thanks to
Berjaya UCH (Malaysia), Haaga-Helia (Finland), The Hurst Campus (South Africa),
Instituto Superior Mariano Moreno (Colombia), ITE (Singapore), NKUHT
(Taiwan), Universidad San Francisco de Quito (Ecuador), USIL (Peru), Saint
Joseph University (Lebanon), Woosong University (South Korea) and Institut Paul
Bocuse (France) for their participation. Congratulations to every team!
