GRADE 8 STUDENT CARD CEREMONY
Annually there is a special ceremony
for Grade 8‘s to receive their student cards.

Learners must get permission to leave the school
premises from either the PRINCIPAL or the DEPUTY
PRINCIPAL. A letter of permission will be given to the
learner.
This will allow the learner to phone the parent/
guardian to fetch him/her from the school. Parents
must sign the register. It has come to the attention of
management that learners do not follow procedure.
Procedures and policies are there for the safety of all
parties concerned.
Leerders wat die skoolterrein wil verlaat omdat hulle
siek is moet toestemming van die hoof of adjunkhoof
kry. ‗n Brief sal dan aan die betrokke leerder gegee
word.
Dit sal die leerder toelaat om die ouer/voog te bel om
hom/haar te kom haal. Ouers moet die leerder uitteken
in die beskikbare register. Dit het tot ons aandag gekom
dat leerders nie die korrekte prosedure volg nie.
Prosedure en beleid is daar om alle betrokke partye se
veiligheid te verseker.
PARCELS/DELIVERIES AT RECEPTION

The delivery of food, money, homework, clothes, keys
etc. to the offices at the school is getting out of control.
It is NOT the responsibility of the administrative officers to make sure that your child gets his/her parcel
that was delivered at the offices.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make
sure that the child takes everything that he/she needs
to school.
Learners will no longer be called from their classrooms
to get their parcels at the office.

sien dat die kind al sy/haar goed skool toe neem wat hy/
sy sal nodig hê.
Leerders sal nie uit hul klasse geroep word om pakkies
by die kantoor te kom afhaal wat ouer/voogde daar vir
hulle gelos het nie.

ALL SCHOOL FEE MUST BE PAID BY THE END OF
JUNE 2016. HOWEVER, THE FOLLOWING ARRANGEMENT CAN BE MADE IN JANUARY 2016.
A minimum monthly instalment of R 500.00
per month for 10 months (January 2016 until
October 2016).
