Parents must take note that 20 points on the report is allocated for general good behaviour . A learner forfeits the 20 points when sent for detention . Detention is determined every Monday during a staff meeting .

LATE COMING
This is a source of great concern . Many learners still arrive late for school . We request parents to make sure that their children are punctual at 07.30 . Learners forfeit the 20 points if they arrive late for school 3 times per term .
MEDICINE
Schools are not allowed to give medicine to learners for stomach aches , headaches , sore throats , allergies etc . due to the fact that they might be allergic to the medicine . Parents must ensure that their children bring their own medicine to school . This is Departmental policy . Parents must ensure that their children bring their own medicine to school . APPOINTMENTS PARENTS / TEACHERS PROCEDURE
Parents must make an appointment to see a teacher at a time convenient for both parties . Parents cannot visit the school and request / demand to see a teacher . The primary task of a teacher is to teach . Appointments can be made via the secretary . Please take note that NO parent is allowed beyond the foyer . Parents cannot confront a teacher or learner in his / her class . This will be regarded as trespassing . On arrival the parent must report at the office . The secretary will then call the teacher .
LAATKOM
Dit is ‗ n bron van kommer aangesien baie leerders laat opdaag vir skool . Ons versoek ouers om asseblief toe te sien dat hulle kinders betyds opdaag vir skool om 07.30 . ‗ n Leerder wat 3 keer per kwartaal laat opdaag , word op detensie geplaas en verloor dus sy / haar 20 punte .
MEDISYNE
Skole mag nie vir leerders medisyne gee vir maagpyn , hoofpyn , seer keel , allergieë ens . nie , aangesien u kind dalk daarvoor allergies kan wees !

AFSPRAKE OUERS / ONDERWYSERS PROSEDURE
Ouers moet ‗ n afspraak maak om ‗ n onderwyser te spreek op ‗ n tyd wat geleë sal wees vir beide partye . Ouers kan nie by die skool opdaag en versoek / eis om ‗ n onderwyser te spreek nie . Die primêre taak van die onderwyser is om onderrig te gee . Afsprake kan via die sekretaresse gemaak word . Neem asseblief kennis dat GEEN ouer verder as die ingangsportaal toegelaat sal word nie . Ouers kan nie ‗ n onderwyser of leerder by sy / haar klas gaan konfronteer nie . Dit sal as oortreding beskou word . By aankoms moet die ouer hom / haarself aanmeld . Die sekretaresse sal dan die onderwyser roep .
