Public Health Dentistry
The department of public health dentistry aims at providing holistic approach in dentistry by conducting dental screening and treatment camps along with health education, health talks of environment and hygiene, gifting posters to school authorities on the topics of hand hygiene, oral hygiene tips, environmental sanitation, and importance of green earth. We have been persistently conducting school and village camps in and around Kalaburagi region. This year we have conducted 120 school and village camps in which around 30000 patients were screened, around 5000 people were treated for basic dental services.
