one college. The college will nominate the
“Issue Editor ” and he will take up full
responsibility of bringing out that issue in
coordination with the chief editor.
In addition to the editors we thought of co-
editors who will support the newsletter
through their individual specialized talents.
We will be having a team of content editors,
graphic designers, video editors, filler
material providers, artists, cartoonists and
many.
Faculty, Students and alumni were invited to
provide matter for the newsletter. Separate
Student and Alumni sections were created
with one among their fraternity becoming
the domain editor.

Finally we want to make use of all the tools
and facilities that are made available to us
through technology and age. Including
videos in the newsletter has been one new
concept and we are on the lookout for
many new ideas. We have a plan to go for a
Digital Newsletter very soon.
Our ideas about the newsletter are still in
their infancy, in their formative stage and are
slowly crystalizing , we would very much
appreciate people who come with
comments and suggestions to us.
The Subscribers
Even though we directly address our
defined audience by mail, we want to invite
other audience to join in and subscribe to
our newsletter by offering free subscription
for them when they sign up.
Monitoring :
We are sending the newsletter through bulk
mail providers and we will have monitoring
tool provided to us by them. We can track
individual recipients who opened the
