Dr. Mark Bickers said the private practice offers patients“ access when they want it – when they need it.”
Concierge Care of Southern Indiana began when a few local physicians saw the need for primary care that goes beyond what is typically available to patients, the type where a doctor is just a phone call away.
Dr. Mark Bickers, one of the partners at CCSI, said he started the Floyds Knobs private practice with Dr. Dan Eichenberger due to the“ need and opportunity to practice medicine the way we want to – the way you want it to be.”
The practice’ s concierge model involves direct 24 / 7 access to“ very high-quality medical care,” Bickers said. CCSI opened in January 2022 at 500 Lafollette Station Drive, Suite A, and it includes primary care physicians Bickers, Eichenberger and Dr. Christina Minrath.

“ A call back within an hour is routine for us – nights, weekends, holidays, Christmas Day, any day,” he said.“ We do offer home visits when appropriate.”
CCSI’ s care is not limited to the doctor’ s office.
“ We take our own calls – inpatient, outpatient, nursing home, hospital, wherever,” Bickers said.“ We make our own rounds at assisted care, nursing homes, hospitals. One of the things that our patients find great relief in is knowing that, God forbid, they have an illness that warrants being hospitalized, they will be hospitalized by us, not by a hospitalist that you just get assigned to.”
