VII - MAINTAINING THE MOMENTUM
We encourage you to spend time in the REsource Center > LEARNCENTER 2.0 where you ’ ll find training tools and webinars for a variety of learning paths . There are many tools and resources available to you on the REsource Center and our Florida Realty intranet . There is no need to use all of them . Choose the ones that fit and become proficient with them .
Your first 2-3 weeks of hard work should have paid off with a comfort level and knowledge of how to use the MLS , how to write a listing agreement and a contract for sale and purchase , and where to find tools and resources to start marketing yourself . You are now prepared to move on to business planning and a coaching program .
QUICK START ESSENTIALS ( QSE )
The QSE Learning Path in LEARNCENTER 2.0 is particularly helpful for newer sales professionals . It covers real estate basics such as selling by personality type , prospecting , conducting an open house , working with FSBOs and expired listings , and handling objections . The 4-Step Business Plan ( see a summary on the next two pages ) is a module you should plan to complete . The workbook will walk you through the planning necessary for you to reach your personal income and production goals . Work with your Managing Broker or Coach to arrive at realistic , attainable goals for your first 12 months .
ONGOING TRAINING SUPPORT
Schedule additional sessions with your Trainer as needed for any particular tool or process you want extra help with . Plan to check in with your Managing Broker once a week for the first 60 days to touch base on your progress . Together you ’ ll determine what level of coaching program is appropriate and who you ’ ll be working with .
VIII . BUSINESS PLANNING ESSENTIALS
The Four Step Business Plan module consists of a downloadable handout , online training , and the Business Planning Essentials Workbook — an Excel workbook that will automatically calculate your plan as you input your projections and goals .
