Customer Service – QQI Level 4 This programme module aims to equip the learners with the necessary knowledge , skills and competencies to provide effective and efficient customer service in work , social , voluntary and community environments under supervision .

Healthcare Support – QQI Level 5 ( Major Award )

Care Provision and Practice – QQI Level 5 This programme module aims to provide the learner with the knowledge , skill and understanding of the needs of client groups and the role and responsibilities of care workers whilst developing practical and interpersonal skills essential to the care of client groups in caring environments .
Communications – QQI Level 5 This module aims to facilitate the learner to acquire communication skills relevant to vocational and personal development . The course will focus on improving listening , writing and speaking skills through oral presentations , mock interviews and group work . Learners will also work on improving their ICT Skills . This is a mandatory module for the Healthcare Support QQI Level 5 Major Award .
