tainly was no surprise with Adam. One regret is that we did a re- union show in 2011, and were hoping that he could join us on keys. He wanted to, but was on tour elsewhere and couldn’t do it. A couple of days ago, when the news that Adam had COVID hit, one story read that his family was cautiously optimistic about him recovering. I was planning to leave him a voice message that he could hear when he returned home. Sadly, it will never be. RIP my friend. Robert Nicol, former bandmate On Adam joining The Red House We published an ad seeking a touring keyboard player. It may have spanned 2 or 3 days of play- ers coming in to audition with us at our rehearsal space. I person- ally recall knowing Adam had the job as soon as the first notes we played with him. He was a natu- ral, creative and intuitive musician that just made everyone he played with a little (or a lot) better. And as a person he immediately clicked with us.
