In May 2013, the new netball/tennis court was opened on one of the existing tennis courts
in the domain. We have been able to lay a synthetic surface suitable for tennis and netball,
install new fences and lights as part of this project. It is a fantastic asset for the netball club
and should be a catalyst for membership growth in future as well as being an asset for wider
community use.
In August, RCSI was able to pick up the rights to run an OSCAR after school programme
in the local area. This is another mechanism to get our name out in the community and gives
our group credibility.
This summer, RCSI will also be managing the pool at North New Brighton School which
will be open to public over the summer months.
