Supply Chain Orientation Course Course Description: From sourcing raw materials to getting a product into the customers’ hands , it all comes down to the strength of our supply chain. In this interesting full-day course, you’ll get a high-level understanding of how the supply chain works from end to end, and how it impacts the Nestlé Model. Who is this course for? Mandatory for all new Supply Chain employees. This course is also available for non Supply Chain employees wishing to increase their knowledge of the Supply Chain function. How long is the course? This is a 1-day course. What should I expect? By the end of the course you will be able to: • Explain the structure of the Nestlé Supply Chain. • Understand the key inputs and outputs of the Supply Chain. • Explain how the Supply Chain adds value to the consumer experience. Pre-course work Meet with your Line Manager to discuss and agree learning objectives. Post-course work Meet with your Line Manager to discuss and review how these skills tie back to your PDG development plans and your PE objectives.
