Course Description:
By promoting continuous improvement, the Nestlé Quality Management Systems (NQMS) play a big
role in building consumer trust. Learn more about the key principles of NQMS and how they work
for us. You’ll also get an introduction to the Value Chain, and Support and Management processes.
Who is this course for?
Any Nestlé team wishing to increase their awareness of NQMS.
How long is the course?
This course is 1.5 hours.
What should I expect?
By the end of the course you will be able to:
• Explain the Nestlé Quality Policy.
• Understand how you impact Quality.
• Understand how the key principles of NQMS impact you.
Pre-course work
Meet with your Line Manager to discuss and agree learning objectives.
Post-course work
Meet with your Line Manager to discuss and review how these skills tie back to your PDG
development plans and your PE objectives.
