Material selection, particularly natural stone, played an important role in shaping the home’ s character.“ We were very deliberate in refining stone and tile details,” says Blakely Photopoulos.“ These elements bring richness, depth and cohesion to the home.”
In the kitchen, marble elements are balanced by the warm wooden accents— including the ornate custom range hood, oversized islands and floor-to-ceiling cabinetry— while the cozy breakfast nook offers a moment of serenity as the four-panel sliding doors open to the panoramic views.
Just beyond, the butler’ s pantry introduces a striking juxtaposition. Drenched in a saturated blue, the space features herringbone brick tile flooring, marble surfaces and additional prep amenities, including a sink and refrigerator custom colored in the same navy used throughout.
