The design team conducted frequent walkthroughs, in close collaboration with contractor Bob Ventura of Completely Custom, and the full team of trades, ensuring every detail was executed with precision.
The waterfront home features three spacious bedrooms upstairs, each with en suite bathrooms, along with a primary suite, sitting room and a family room with two Murphy beds that provides flexible space for overnight guests. The main level is anchored by an expansive open living space with eleven-foot ceilings, where the kitchen, sitting area and living room flow together and open to sweeping views of Narragansett Bay through a twenty-foot collapsible glass wall that tucks seamlessly into the architecture.
Additional spaces include a formal dining room, butler’ s pantry, mudroom, gym, laundry room and powder room. Throughout the home, each room is oriented to capture water views, with a natural extension to a balcony or private outdoor space.
