Gretchen isn’ t interested in chasing trends; instead, she focuses on creating spaces that feel authentic to the home and the people who live there. Beautiful design doesn’ t have to break the budget, it just has to be thoughtful. What sets Nest, LLC, apart is that it’ s more than mood boards and pretty floor plans. Gretchen understands construction, renovation and how homes are actually built. She works closely with contractors, solves problems on site and often rolls up her sleeves to do a lot of the work herself. Design isn’ t just about vision, it’ s about execution. Gretchen brings creativity, practical knowledge and strong style to every project, because great design should be both beautiful and real.
Every aspect of the redevelopment has been thoughtfully curated. The layouts for all four spaces— including the apartments and the restaurant— were designed in full by the project’ s interior designer, who selected every detail from kitchens and baths to finishes, decor and exterior elements. The result is a revitalized landmark that honors Taunton’ s past while helping shape its future.”
