Amend nEo Policy
Background
From the inception, there has always been a bit of ambiguity concerning the procedure, policy and
process of opening a nEo account across all age groups. This was further complicated with the
rejuvenation of nEo to include the birth to 9 year old category. A scan of the competitive landscape
reveled a simpler process that accommodates the local culture of guardianship which makes nEo less
competitive.
Initiative
To create a standard policy and procedure for nEo that is both compliant and accommodating to the
target market of Trinbagonians. This will require a coming together of all internal stakeholders to create
this master policy.
Timeline
Given the strong marketing initiatives carded for the July- August period, it is recommended that this be
completed by the end of June. Given the advancement of these discussions this is a realistic deadline
once started early.
