Congratulations to Ms. Holly Berridge! At the December 12 School Board Meeting she received the "Distinguished Service Award" for her 5 years of dedication in leading the NBE Running Club. Ms. Berridge exemplifies what makes NBAS special and is certainly deserving of this award!

The Second Grade Students and Teachers would like to thank everyone who donated items to Kids Helping Kids. When the items had been gathered from under the Christmas trees in the hallways and sorted in the receiving room, you would have been amazed to see all we collected! Many families within our community were the recipients of your generous donations, just in time for Christmas. In addition, we were able to help restock the Thrift Shop with items they are always in need of. Without your generous donations, many families would have gone without this Christmas. Thank you again and may your heart be warmed knowing you made a difference in our community!
