Are you looking to increase brand awareness , drive website traffic , generate leads , foster customer engagement , or provide customer support ? Each platform has its own strengths and capabilities , so align your objectives with the unique features of each social media channel . Of course , nearly everyone wants more new client leads , but without purchasing social media advertising , it can be a more difficult goal to achieve organically so you should pick a secondary goal to focus on .
