Youth— You Won’ t Want to Miss This!
Our NWHA youth are an important part of our organization and our future, and we have some fun things planned just for them!
The Youth Council Meeting will be held Thursday at 9:00 a. m. We encourage our young members to attend, share their ideas, get involved, and help shape the future of NWHA.
Then, get ready to turn back the clock for our youth That 70s Party... a Groovy Gathering on Friday at 11:00 a. m.! Pull out your best 70’ s style and get ready for a fun-filled time with your fellow youth members. We can’ t wait to see what everyone comes up with!
It’ s Luau Time!
Thursday evening is going to be one for the books!
The Exhibitors Party— Luau Style— begins roughly at 8:00 p. m., and everyone is invited to come ready for a great evening of fellowship, fun, and fundraising.
The evening will feature a Live Auction benefiting NWHA, giving all of us an opportunity to have some fun while supporting the organization we love.
And before the Live Auction, we’ ll have the newly entertaining Turd Toss! That’ s right— you read that correctly!
Come test your aim, have a laugh, and take your shot at the target. The closest toss wins half of the money raised! It’ s all in good fun, and the other half goes right back to supporting NWHA.
So come dressed in your best Luau attire, bring your sense of humor, and get ready for a Thursday night you won’ t soon forget!
Giving Back
The NWHA family has always understood that our success is about more than what happens in the show ring. It is also about giving back and helping others.
This year, we are proud to support two wonderful causes through special classes.
The Animal Refuge Foundation Class on Monday will raise money in remembrance of Juana Grover, while the Phoenix Charity Class on Thursday will also raise funds to support its charity that benefits Veterans with service animals.
We strongly encourage you to enter these classes and help us make a difference! Every entry helps, and together we can turn our love of the horse and our NWHA community into meaningful support for others.
Welcome Home
As you look through this magazine and make your plans for the week ahead, I hope you will take advantage of everything the 2026 NWHA National Show has to offer.
Cheer for your friends. Support your fellow exhibitors. Thank our volunteers. Visit the vendors. Bid generously. Enjoy the food. Take pictures. Make new friends. Catch up with old ones. Encourage our youth. Celebrate every accomplishment— big and small.
Most importantly, enjoy your horse and enjoy being part of the NWHA family.
To every exhibitor who has worked so hard to get here: welcome. To every trainer, parent, amateur, professional, youth member, volunteer, sponsor, vendor, photographer, judge, ring crew member, and supporter who has helped make this show possible: thank you.
This is your National Show. This is your NWHA family. Let’ s make the 2026 NWHA National Show one to remember! Good luck, have fun, and most of all— enjoy the ride!
