Welcome to The 2026 National Show!
It is our sincere pleasure to welcome each of you to the 2026 NWHA National Show! Whether you are a longtime NWHA exhibitor, a firsttime participant, a dedicated trainer, a proud amateur, a supportive family member, or one of the many volunteers and supporters who make this organization so special, we are thrilled to have you here
This week is about so much more than showing horses. It is about celebrating the versatility of our Tennessee Walking Horses, recognizing the dedication of our exhibitors, creating memories with friends and family, and continuing the traditions that make the NWHA National Show such a special event.
Celebrating Versatility
One of the things I am most excited to showcase this year is the incredible depth of opportunity within the NWHA All Around Versatility Program. Our horses and exhibitors continue to prove that versatility is at the heart of what makes our breed so extraordinary. From the arena to the trail and everything in between, this program celebrates the partnership, athleticism, training, and willingness that make our horses so special.
We are also proud to spotlight EquiSkill and our Dressage High Points. These programs provide even more opportunities for our members to challenge themselves, develop their horses, and demonstrate the incredible versatility and talent within our NWHA family.
And speaking of accomplishments, we are thrilled that all of our 2026 High Point divisions are sponsored! We will be recognizing the outstanding achievements of our 11 & Under
Riders, 12 – 17 Riders, Adult Amateur Riders, Amateur Owned & Trained Riders, and Professional Riders.
These awards represent far more than points on a record. They represent hours in the saddle, early mornings, late nights, dedication, perseverance, and the special partnership between horse and rider. We cannot wait to see who will rise to the top!
The excitement will culminate on Friday and Saturday evenings as we crown our National Grand Champions! Come cheer on these exceptional exhibitors as they take center stage and celebrate the very best of the 2026 NWHA National Show.
Something for Everyone
Of course, a National Show wouldn’ t be complete without plenty of opportunities to visit, laugh, eat, shop, and make memories!
We are excited to welcome Sweet T’ s, Just Smokin, and Bussin’ Bowls to provide some delicious food options throughout the week. Be sure to stop by the food trucks, grab something wonderful to eat, and support these great vendors.
Our vendors will be located on the mezzanine, where you will also find our Silent Auction items. Take some time to browse, shop, and perhaps find that perfect something you’ ve been looking for— and don’ t forget to check out the Silent Auction and place your bids!
We are also incredibly fortunate to have Luka Bowman Photography with us for the week. Luka will be capturing the horses, exhibitors, champions, friendships, and special moments that make this show memorable. Her spectacular images are sure to provide lasting memories of your time at Nationals, so keep an eye out for her around the grounds and in the arena!
