entries paid by credit card, refunds will be credited
to the original credit card approximately 30–45 days
following the last day of the show. If a horse is disqualified from showing by management or officials
or if a horse is entered and not shown, the entry and
stall fees will be forfeited. No refunds will be made on
amounts of $10 or less.
No refund allowance can be applied to charges
while at the show.
NATIONAL SHOW PROGRAM
The National show program will list all entries
that were in the ApHC office by the pre-entry deadline . The June issue of Appaloosa Journal will contain
the National Show program and it will be available
to purchase at the ApHC Information Booth in the
John Justin Building.
INSPECTION STATION
All horses entered in the show must report to the
inspection station prior to showing in their respective
classes. The horse’s original Certificate of Registration and exhibitor number must be presented to an
Official Inspector prior to showing. Horses will not
be allowed entry into the arena for any class until that
horse has passed through the inspection station and
that horse’s exhibitor number has been stamped by
an Official Inspector.
The inspection station will be open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. on June 22 and thereafter from 7 a.m. until
5 p.m. daily. If it is necessary for an inspection to be
performed outside of these hours, an inspector may
be available however the exhibitor will be charged
