What is National Classics Week
National Classics Week is the Junior Classical League ’ s annual celebration of ancient civilizations . During this week of festivities leading up to the anniversary of Rome ’ s founding on April 21 , we encourage students around the world to celebrate the classics . We want students to participate in activities and give back to their communities , while also promoting the study of antiquity .
