NATDA : As a manufacturer , do you do anything to protect the sales territories of the dealers in your network ? Do you have any guarantees in place to ensure dealer territories are not violated ?
Hosford : We are currently working on a program for territories and MAP policy . Dealers can expect any warranty repair reimbursement or replacement parts within the first or second week of notifying the company .
NATDA : What are you most looking forward to about the 2021 NATDA Trailer Show ? Will you be displaying any new products at the show ?
Hosford : We are most looking forward to growing Triple L Trailers and establishing new dealers across North America . Our focus will be on finding new contacts in the vendor side of the trailer business and making our products better for customers . We will be displaying one of our drop-decks trailers with extended rails , tailgate and a spare tire mounting bracket .
