The 2025 NATDA Trailer Show made history in Nashville with the largest dealer attendance ever, and three days of nonstop business and networking. With 750 + dealerships, 330 + exhibitors, and a sold-out exhibit hall that expanded into lobbies and outdoor exhibits, the show delivered on its promise: this is where the trailer industry comes to do business.
From education, training, and networking to product launches and purchasing decisions, the show offered a complete experience for trailer dealers looking to grow, modernize, and connect.
Day One: Education, Strategy & Trailergating
Education sponsored by Dura-Haul Trailers The show opened with a full day of education sponsored by Dura-Haul Trailers— and dealers showed up early and in force. With 25 + sessions spanning marketing, finance, compliance, technician training, and innovation, most rooms were filled to capacity.
Technician Training provided by Dexter The morning kicked off on a strong note with a standing-room only audience at a Tow Talk featuring the NATDA Dealer Advisory Council discussing“ 10 Hot Topics Dealers Need to Know for Success in 2025-2026”. Panelists included Shane Fitzner( Renville Sales Inc.), Josh Motley( Great West Trailer & Truck), Nick Mirsberger( Mirsberger Sales & Service), Ken Swank( White Spruce Trailer Sales), Shane Thompson( Action Trailers) and Scott Yates( Smokey Mountain Trailers). This candid, dealer-led discussion on current challenges and future opportunities garnered a full hour of Q & A from audience members.
