Meyer Distributing Names Vendors of the Year
Meyer Distributing has named Air Lift Company, Camco and Mickey Thompson vendor
of the year in their respective categories.
“Every year our purchasing, sales and marketing teams gather together to discuss our
great partners and we have the opportunity to work with some of the best,” said Natalie
Tempel Direct or Marketing. “But there is always a few that really stand out and Air Lift,
Camco and Mickey Thomson have all put forth exceptional effort within each department
to grow their line.”
In the truck accessory division, Air Lift has stood out with their efforts with Meyer, and
within their own company, to communicate and educate the dealers and consumers
about load support. “The Air Lift Company is celebrating its 70th year in business in
2019 and this is a great way to cap it off by wining such a prestigious award,” states Tony
West, Eastern Region Sales Manager Traditional Markets for Air Lift. “From purchasing to
sales and marketing, they are always thinking outside the box to come up with great ideas,
and it shows with the phenomenal growth we’ve had this year. On behalf of the Air Lift
Company, I want to thank the team at Meyer Distributing for giving us this prestigious
award.”
“Air Lift Company and their team have been able to provide Meyer Distributing with
the products and the ability to grow and promote their line in a very competitive
environment, says Jeremy Wagler, purchasing manager at Meyer Distributing. Air Lift has
been a staple line for Meyer and our continued success with the line and their innovation
with new products and improvements help consumers choose Air Lift for load support.”
Camco has really stood out to Meyer with their products, service and their partnership
in the RV and towing industry. “We are very fortunate to work with many outstanding
vendor partners and Camco is one of those. It’s a tough decision every year on making
the Vendor of the Year selection but Camco is very deserving of this award.” says Johnny
Hayes, Purchasing Manager at Meyer. “They offer high quality product and service to
not only Meyer, but to the dealers and end users of their product. We’re proud to offer
Camco products to our customers and are excited about the new product offerings
that will be introduced in the near future.” says Jason Lents, RV/Towing Sales Manager at
Meyer.
“Camco views Meyer as a valuable partner and we appreciate the impact they’ve made
since entering this industry, says Chad Smith, Sales Manager at Camco. “This award is a
confirmation by Meyer that they view Camco similarly and we are duly honored.”
Mickey Thomson has proven to be a strong partner with their eagerness to work with the
purchasing, sales and marketing teams, and their vast array of tires and wheels that appeal
a wide audience. “Our partnership with Mickey Thompson this year has allowed us to
provide their amazing products to our Jeep, Off Road, Light Truck and Race enthusiasts
and they have helped us grow the business we do with our customers in all of these
arenas,” states Jeremy Wagler. “All of these segments are exciting facets of our business
and Mickey Thompson has the products these customers look to use on the track, in the
mud or on the street. We are looking forward to an exciting and productive finish to this
year and the next one as well.”
