he new landlord of the Queens Head is planning to make his mark on the popular Pinner watering hole but is adamant three things won’t change. He won’t be introducing ?at screen TVs, fruit machines or live music. Former headteacher Sean White, who has had a home in the village since 1988, took charge of the pub last month.
He replaced the much-loved Jill Tindall who had served pints at the historic local for almost two decades and recently retired due to ill health. Sean said: “Jill did a marvellous job as landlady and will be sorely missed. The Queens Head is my local pub and I’ve been interested in it for some time.
