Global Education and European Teaching Strategies 2018-1-ES01-KA101-049441 It has been a great experience, especially to develop my own plurilingual and pluricultural competence. It helped me to realize how important it is to analyse the school organization and management and the pedagogical approaches taking into account the country and the school environment. We all talk about plurilingualism and pluriculturalism but we should first clarify what these concepts mean to us and what our needs are. We started this journey expecting to find the perfect answers to our local needs but by the end of the week we ended up thinking out of the box and enriching our own vision with unexpected approaches to dealing with languages, diversity and social inclusion. The progressive school vision and the atmosphere achieved by the GUS teams together with the distribution of the syllabi ensure the upgrading of the students’ mindset. By helping them to switch to a social mindset, we are on the right track to building up a global mindset, which is indispensable to face the challenges of the XXI Century successfully. It has been an honour to visit this school and learn so much from them. I wish to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff members at Rahlgasse, especially to Mr. Redl and Ms. Helm. I know we will be working together very soon! Our last day at AHS Rahlgasse
