Parking Can Be A
Challenge
Many drivers report that parking lots fill up quickly. Because there is only a
limited number of stalls you may use, the lots fill up as early as 10 a.m. This
first set of visitors tends to leave around 3 p.m. when stalls become available
again. Day travelers in the know tend to park in Springdale and then take the
shuttle service into the park itself.
If you park elsewhere, be prepared to get a ticket. Depending on the length of
the parking violation, you might also find your vehicle towed. If the restrictions
and limited parking scare you off, consider riding your bike into the park. It is
allowed on the Zion Canyon Scenic Drive!
