The year-on-year increase in NPAs was mainly due to the downgrade of exposures related to the offshore support services and vessels sector where operating conditions remained challenged. The Group’s NPL ratio was 1.45%, an increase from 1.26% a year ago. Of the total NPAs, 67% were in the substandard category and 76% were secured by collateral.
