SMOOTIE
INGREDIENTS-
3 ripe banans,1 cup
plain yogurt,one
bowl frozen
berries,1 cup
unsweetned cocnut
milk,2 tbsp honey
PREPARATIONS-
in a blender ,puree
the
berries,banans,yogu
rt,coconutĀ
blend it nicely add
ice cubes
add dry fruits and
serve chilled
