Q)- Lifestyle diseases are increasing at a fast
rate .As a doctor what you think can good diet
and nutritional food can help in controlling it or
not?
A) - Lifestyle diseases includes diabetes ,heart
stoke ,are basically due to person's poor lifestyle
and diet lack of physical activity so modification
in lifestyle and diet help in improvement of these
lifestyle diseases.
Q)-Is it true having good gut can help in
maintaining overall healthy body?
A) A good gut is basically a combination of good
bacteria's ,viruses,fungi which are needed to be
there in a good gut it do affects overall health of
a person " a good gut means a healthy and
happy body"
Q)- What do you think of this new trend going on
eating in every 2-3 hours is beneficial or having 3
big meals is enough?
A) Eating small and balanced diet in 2-3 hrs
boost your metabolism we can burn more calorie
it can help in loosing weight ata fast rate while
we are eating in small portion.
