Uhh... Excuse Me...

Christian Mendoza’s project to get urinal partitions

By Jam Boyden

East High school students Abram Wilcox and Christian Mendoza went to the principal requesting urinal partitions in the school. The problem is that throughout the school there are no partitions in the men's bathroom. The lack of privacy is impacting students in a negative way. It was brought up in a class discussion that guys want to honor the "guy code". Which is having a gap between urinals. If there is not a gap, according to the code, you don't use it. This becomes a problem when multiple guys are trying to use the bathroom. In East High there are less men's bathrooms than girls. "This totals 45 stalls for females compared to thirteen for males" Christian writes in his letter to the principal of East High School, Greg Maughan.
