We should avoid excess sugar and salt intake in our diet as much as possible as a healthy, youthful body needs healthy nutrients to avoid unhealthy ones. Added sugars and excessive salt intake can increase inflammation in the body, which can accelerate the aging process.

As compared with other drinks, water is best for staying hydrated. However, some drinks may add extra calories from sugar to your diet.
