PLACEMENT
District units of ASAP have taken sincere efforts for providing employment to eligible students who successfully completed the course through grooming sessions and placement drives. Placement activities are coordinated through a placement team formed in each district with DPM and Programme Manager in DPM unit as the members. More than 200 students got placement during the year in various firms.
Job Portal
Efforts to establish a Job portal in the ASAP website is in the final stage. Job portal will act as a bridge between the employee and employer. A prospective employee will be able to view the requirements of an employer and can upload his data in the portal. And an employer will be able to upload the vacancies in the firm and can view the applicant details.
Grooming Session
Grooming sessions were given to students prior to placement drives to boost the confidence level of students. Sessions were handled by Programme Managers incharge of the concerned SDCs.
