Assessor orientation
Assessment for the courses was carried out through Corporate Star Consultants, Eduworld Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Manipal City and Guilds, Skills Mantra Edutech Consulting India Pvt. Ltd, TalentBridge Technologies Pvt. Ltd and India Skills. For this, assessor orientations were carried out with the objective of giving a clear understanding of the target student group to the assessors. Also they were given proper orientation to follow the strict guidelines laid down by ASAP for an assessment. Three orientations have been carried both in online and offline mode.
Future plans for the sector
• Retail Sector Outreach Programme with BAC support to impart awareness among students MoU withthe Retailers Association of India for training quality assurance.
• Implementation of Level 5 & 6 Programmes
• Standardisation of course content keeping in view flexibility of training
• MoU with Trust for Retailers and Retail Associates of India( TRRAIN) to train the students
• Customized training for the differently-abled students
