How to do it : -
- Stand straight with the barbell across your chest. The bar should should be held in an overhand grip. Hands should be slightly wider than shoulder width. ( This will - be your start position )
- Bend the knees slightly and keep the back your back straight, while at the same time, press the bar overhead by straightening your arms.
- Slowly return the bar to the start position.
Reverse Dumbbell Flye
How to do it : -
- Lie flat on an incline bench with your chest and stomach against the bench, hold a dumbbell in each hand. ( This will be your start position )
- Maintaining a slight bend in the elbows, raise the dumbbells to shoulder length and bring them back to the start position.
