Deadlift
How to do it : -
Stand straight with your feet distanced at shoulder width, holding a barbell bar with an overhand group. ( This is your start position )
Initiate the movement by slowly leaning forward from the hips and slowly lower the bar to your shins until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings
Reverse the move and push you hip forward to return the start position.
