Squat
How to do it : -
Place the barbell bar on the back of your shoulders, not your neck, while holding it with an overhand grip slightly wider than shoulder width. ( This will be your start position )
Slowly lower yourself while keeping your chest and chin up. Don’t let your knees roll inwards or outwards.
Bring your body down until your thighs, the deeper you can squat, the better.
Hold for a moment and drive back up to the start position.
Front Squat
How to do it : -
- Place the barbell bar on the front of your shoulders, gripping with your hands crossed around it.
- Squat down as far as you can go while keeping your knees in line with your toes.
- Stand back up and complete a set and repeat the same with the other leg.
