Everyone gets into this phase of procrastination
often in their lives. Whether you realize it or not,
Procrastination is probably one among the most
written and discussed subjects online, which
means, there are quite a few falling into the habit
of postponing work and then regretting it! Why do
people procrastinate? Did you know stress can be a
cause for Procrastination? It could even be because
of laziness! Whatever be the reason, here are some
interesting ways in which you can bid goodbye to
delaying important matters. But they will help only if
YOU are seriously interested in saving yourself from
Procrastination!
Trust me if you take one step a day, in a week’s
time you will forget all about procrastination and get
down to working smart!
THE DREAM BOX
Day 1: Break it down!
Yes! We are definitely trying to break down
procrastination, but here, you need to break down
the larger tasks that you have been overwhelmed
or worried about completing! That’s one of the main
reasons you procrastinate, the fear of not being able
to complete or accomplish a task. The best way
to approach such tasks would be to break it into
simpler tasks and take them up one after the other.
Set smaller milestones and start working on them
immediately. Trust me; it will make even moving a
mountain possible by breaking it into rocks you can
carry. Enough working for the day, take a break and
look forward to accomplishing the next day’s task.
Day 2: Fix a Deadline!
If you don’t have a deadline, you will take forever to
