BusinessAdvisory Commitees, Curriculum Commitee, ASAP-Industry meetsandSummitswereopportunitiesfortheserichinteractionswiththestakeholders.
Geting pulseoftheindustryanddemandsofthejobmarketfordesignanddeliveryofskilcourses, theverypurposeforsetingupBusinessAdvisoryCommitees, workedtotheadvantageofthe programme. Professionalsfrom theindustry and academia passionateabouthuman resource developmentstartedtositwithASAPteam throughtheBusinessAdvisoryCommitees( BACs). Year 2015wasaperiodduringwhichtheBACsystem gotentrenchedintheASAPlifecycle. BACmeetings ofsectorshelpedASAPtofinetuneitsmethodsandpracticestofindnew directions. Atthetimeof writingthisthereare23BusinessAdvisoryCommiteesfortheprogrammeconstantlyhelpingitin validatingitstrainingdesigns.
Curriculum formstheheartofASAP trainingand an areawhereexpertsfrom diferentfields contribute to the programme. Productive engagementswith experienced faculty membersof English from UniversitydepartmentsandColegeshelpedtheprogrammetoevolveaplan for handlingtheFoundationModule, acombinationofCommunicativeEnglishandIT. Theselanguage /- softskilexperts, partofthecurriculum commitee, helpedtodevelopacoursebookandaninnovativetrainingapproach. Softskilsapproachtolanguagedevelopmentandactivitybasedmethods pavedwaytoconfidentuseoflanguagebystudents. Whenitcametoindustrydomainskils, experts from empaneledTrainingServiceProviderswalkedintodevelopcontentandmethodsaccordingto ASAPneedsfortheskilmodules.
Theycomewith diferentnames-themeetingswith IndustryandTrainingServiceProviders namelyBridge, ConnectandeFutura, butthemotivewasthesame i. e., listeningtothevoicefrom thefelow beesonbeterwaysofhoneymaking. Someofthem helpedtodevelopnew associations forskiltrainingwhileotherstobuildpartnershipsforindustryengagementsincludinginternship. Richinteractionstookplacebothformalyandinformalyduringsuchengagementsandtheyinvariablyresultedinconcreteplans.
