The Turkish butcher / chef whose real name is NusretGokce, rose to fame when his dramatic way of slicing meat, cobra like pose then sprinkling salt on it seemed to impress everyone on the internet. He was nicknamed the Salt Bae.
Leornardo di Caprio and others celebrities from all over the world went to have their food salted in his unique way. Rihanna was also spotted rocking a T-shirt branded with the famous photo of Salt Bae. Football stars like Mesut Ozil, Danny Welbeck were in the forefront having a shot at the famous salt bae pose.
