Publicity sells, so what better way to make sales than to earn some of it from drama? The gospel musicians in Kenya seem to be the best at bringing about drama and they seek it in all aspects because both negative and positive publicity is still publicity.
Willy Paul never seems to get enough of the publicity, the more he makes headlines the better. Willy Pozzeexchanged‘ vows’ with Jamaican songstress Alaine in a song but it seems he has been having fun referring Alaine as his‘ wife’. Willy Paul has been sharing videos of‘ at home’ moments with his‘ wife’. However good the song in matters audio and video production is, this was a too obvious stunt.

Bahati motto wa mama got himself a‘ prayer partner’ and the internet went at a frenzy. The‘ Mama’ hit maker received mixed reactions from his fans after he posted a photo on Instagram holding hands with Diana Marua captioned“ After prayers # PrayerPartners”. Diana Marua who is a model and has featured in most of Bahati’ s videos as a vixen, is believed to be the lady that has won over his heart. The Barua hit maker’ s fans insisted that he should stop taking them for a ride and tell it as it is. Following that‘ Prayer Partner’ caption, the comment has become a common term and everyone is now looking for a‘ prayer partner’.
Lastly, Guess who acquired an American accent after being to the‘ states’ and had everyone laughing it off? It’ s DK Kwenye Beat. In an interview on Larry Madowo’ s show # TheTrend, DK talked in his newly acquired accent and even when the host asked him about it andKenyans on Twitter # KOT trolled him, hemaintained the accent brushing off the‘ haters.’ Lesson:‘ You don’ t have to go to the states to acquire an accent.’
